If we haven't met - I'm Tree, a certified breathwork and movement coach, yoga teacher, and somatic practitioner. My interests bridge ancient wisdom and modern science, drawing from training in Himalayan style Kundalini and Hatha yoga, a Master's degree in Human Factors, and studies of trauma and the nervous system. My personal experiences with deep healing work allow me to support you on a profound level, guiding with compassion, curiosity, and a deep commitment to transformation. I'm here to hold space, listen, and support, whenever you are ready.
