A: Not at all. While certain breath techniques can require advanced practice and mastery, the types of breathing we will practice - particularly at the beginning - are all much more gentle and meditative. Everyone breathes, "breathwork" is simply about awareness and sometimes control. Q: Do I need any prior experience with yoga or breathwork?
A: Not at all! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, I will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported.Q: What should I wear or bring to an in-person session?
A: Anything is fine, I just recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move or sit freely. You might also want to bring a water bottle and a journal if you have one. Q: How often should I attend sessions for the best results?
